Designed in a dynamic "V" configuration, this civic facility introduces an accessible public sanctuary that integrates art, culture, and athletics around a central open-air courtyard. This focal green space acts as the project’s connective tissue, offering continuous visual and physical access to nature as visitors circulate through the program.
It poetically filters daylight to shade the outdoor terraces and athletic volumes while structurally supporting an extensive photovoltaic array. By fusing climate-resilient engineering with sculptural form, the canopy addresses the environmental, economic, and aesthetic impacts of climate change.
