Modern farmhouse project incorporating sleek lines of contemporary design with cozy farmhouse esthetics located near Houston Downtown. Since this was a spec project, I wanted to appeal to a larger audience and needed a design that was versatile and worked cohesively with other styles. This project allowed me to get creative with pops of colors.

This project is located near the Texas Medical Center. Each of these homes are about 3600 sqft, with an entertainment space on the third floor along with a spiral staircase that leads to a fourth floor rooftop deck with views of the Houston sky line. The challenge for this project was to to make the home feel spacious despite the narrow width of the lot.

A Modern Spanish feel for their home. The best way to achieve that was to incorporate terracotta roof tiles, heavy textured stucco, and large arches - often seen in classic Spanish design.
